(Al-A’Alaa) 87 : 7
إِلَّا مَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُ يَعْلَمُ الْجَهْرَ وَمَا يَخْفَىٰ
Except what Allah intends, indeed He knows whatever you disclose and whatever you conceal.
That means nothing is hidden from the Three Time Knower Lord, and He is well acquainted and is observing everything in every time and everywhere. See explanation 40:19; 67:13-14; 84:23 and 85:19-20.
